For EXPOREAL 2022, Union Investment Real Estate GmbH has a partner at its side who was able to holistically implement its vision of a joint stand that embodies both the singularity and the togetherness of DZ HYP and Union Invest. Our idea: The brand presence of both companies should be realized jointly through an innovative stand concept and design. How? Two exhibitors, one booth. Through the design, a visual line was generated to give both exhibitors space for their singular presentation. Through the implementation of a 2-storey exhibition stand, areas were created that allow a spatial linkage of both exhibitors. Various zones and usage concepts were realized, focusing on the creation of spaces for exchange and discourse, such as the implementation of a communal welcome area, a vision lab as well as a café and conference rooms.
